Definitions

  • "Goods" refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • "Orders" means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • Business Days” are Monday through Friday; Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are not included in shipping days.

 

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery occurs generally no later than 5 – 7 business days after shipment.
  • Second Day: Delivery occurs by the end of the 2nd business day after shipment.
  • Next-Day: Delivery occurs by the end of the next business day after shipment.
  • Please Note: Shipments may be delayed if they are flagged by the credit card processor as suspicious. This usually occurs when the billing and shipping addresses are different. You will be notified via telephone if your order is flagged and your order will be held until confirmation is received from you.

 

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Zipfizz.com ships to physical addresses only within the U.S. Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.
For orders shipping to US APO/FPO, please contact us at 877-947-3499 to place your order, as it will require processing through USPS.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Zipfizz.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)

 

Damages

Zipfizz.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
