Shipping and Handling Policy
Orders are shipped within 48 hours after they are received (Monday through Friday) and your payment is verified. Orders placed over the weekend or holiday(s), will be processed immediately the next business day. We do have a flat rate of $4.95 for shipping and $1 handling which is AUTOMATICALLY applied electronically to all orders, but please note that this will increase if your packaged order equals or exceeds 2 lbs in total to reflect the fees incurred by the delivery selected, and to your destination.
Method of delivery is determined by weight/value of order. We primarily use Priority Mail (USPS) to ensure that your order reaches you within 1 - 3 days (depending on location). Therefore, please provide your correct MAILING address as accepted by the Post Office.
Also, we reserve the right to use our discretion in whether we require your signature (due to the dollar value) to ensure that your package reaches you safely. Please supply a delivery address where you will be able to be reached. We will assume no liability if someone other than the person who places the order signs for the package. In most cases, do not request or require a signature for deliveries under $100.00, but we cannot force the package delivery person to leave the package if no one is home.
If you live in a relatively low crime area and the risk is small, the driver will usually leave the package at your door or other safe area, but it is solely up to your delivery person's discretion. This also applies to any special shipping instructions that you have asked us to include on your shipping label.
*Please note that we cannot be held responsible if the address which you have provided us for shipping has an uncertain risk factor in guarantee of safety of delivered packages. UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes so you must list a valid street address with your order.
UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Do not include these days when estimating your expected delivery date. USPS does deliver on Saturdays.
For destinations within the 48 contiguous United States which can be sent by UPS or USPS, there is a $4.95 shipping charge (which is ELECTRONICALLY automatically applied to all orders). This may or may not reflect actual total shipping and $1.00 handling of your order. You may contact us for quote prior to placing your order.
For destinations in Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO locations, you pay shipping charges based on the weight of the package (minimum of $8.00 which will include the fee for confirmation and/or signature). These packages to these destinations are shipped via the US Postal Service.
For military locations (APO/FPO), in addition to the delivery time that it takes us to get it to the APO or FPO (two or three days), you will have to wait on the military then delivering the package to you. This could be days or weeks. We apologize, but we cannot help speed up this process.
There will be a $10 fee for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to customer's error. Shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information you have entered. If you provide us an incorrect zip code or other addressing error (for example: incorrect or missing apartment number) you will be charged the $10 fee since the shipping company will charge us a fee for this correction.
A confirmation of your order will be provided to you as well as an order number once you have provided us with all of your proper billing information. You will have the option of printing it out for your records. We will also supply you with a tracking number whether it is through UPS or Priority Mail. You can directly trace your order with this number yourself, once it is assigned to you. We will also have record of when it is that your order is received by you.
Please contact us for any questions you have regarding shipping and handling of any orders - otherwise, we reserve the right to use our discretion in sending your package via the most economical shipping and handling means that we use for sending packages.
Zipfizz.biz reserves the right to refuse service.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. You have 15 days to try out Zipfizz® and/or Immune Fizz™. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return the remaining individual Zipfizz® tubes and/or Immune Fizz™ packets-in their original packaging
and in sealed resalable condition-within 15 days of purchase. We will be happy to give you a pro-rated refund for them (less shipping and handling).
To return your order, please email diane@zipfizz.biz and include the order number in your request. We will email you a Return Authorization number and instructions on how to return your order.
Important Note: We will not process returns without a Return Authorization number. Please return damaged items within 10 days of receipt.
